Introduction to Fly Fishing: Youth Workshop with the Intercultural Community Center

In partnership with Maine Maritime Museum and Packraft Maine, we’re welcoming a group of 30 youth anglers from the Intercultural Community Center Power Summer youth program to a half day workshop on the Androscoggin River. We’ll be facilitating hands-on learning about fly fishing, basic gear and approaches, and connecting with the history and heritage of Maine’s waterways.

This free program is designed to support the needs of middle/high school immigrant students through inclusive group-learning to encourage community-building on Maine’s waterways.
